About Enroll NY

Enroll NY was created to expand access to free and low cost health insurance. The website allows people living in New York State to:

• Learn about public health care programs offered by New York State
• Find out if they may be eligible for coverage in a public health insurance program
• Begin a pre-application process
• Transmit a pre-application to a Facilitated Enroller that will assist them in completing an application

Enroll NY was developed by the Hudson Center for Health Equity & Quality (Hcheq), with funding from the New York State Health Foundation.

About Hcheq

Hcheq is an independent not-for-profit organization that promotes the delivery of high quality health care for all people. Hcheq is an advocate for universal health care and other policies to broaden health care access, and a developer of information technologies to promote quality improvement. FEEA (Facilitated Enrollment Electronic Application) was developed by Hcheq to automate the eligibility verification, enrollment, and recertification processes for state subsidized managed care programs in New York State.
